Has anybody every used a Pain gone Pen?

Question: Has anybody ever used one of these pens? I suffer with chronic pain due to osteoarthritis and I was wondering if this would help me.

No, I have never heard of it before now, but think it is nothing more than a gimmick after looking at the link provided. However, many things considered a gimmick when first introduced have become essential items for day to day living.
