What's the best way to rehabilitate a broken leg?
Question:
How do the professionals prepare, eat and train for a quick and total recovery?
Answers:
Don't try to do it too quickly - you may find that you cause another injury to that leg. Take it easy start out slow - if you use to run, then try walking for a few weeks before running again. You will see that strengthening your leg may take time and patients. Take calcium pills or get more vitamin D for healthier bones. Don't push yourself. I found that, after long walks my leg would ache, but eventually it got better. (youre not entering the Olympics right?) so don't train as if you were. Best of luck and stay healthy - heres to a healthy day!
Lots of rest, elevation, and potassium for the mending of the broken bones.
