Weird rash?

Question: ok well i've broken out with an itchy rash under my arms and now on my face,does anyone have any idea what it is or what triggers it? I'm not allergic to anything I know of. Oh and it's reoccuring, I've had 3 times in the last 2 years.

oak maybe i break out 2 times of year because of oat trees.. it's what it sounds like to me.
