Have a good orgasm . . . right before you go to sleep. Knocks you right out. [NOTE: Do NOT smoke afterward}

Coffee?

Exercise in the mornings. It will give your metabolism a boost and give you energy all day. Drink organic coffee. See a doctor ASAP! Get a blood test. What if you have mono?

get your thyroid checked

and keep excercising!

In any battle its a sound strategy to hold enemy infantry in place with a large concentrated force and decimate them with a calvary flanking manuever. Get more sleep.

Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep. You may need to change your schedule to allow more sleep. Keep exercising and drinking water!

plenty of exercise and fruit and vegetables .also try reading as it keeps the mind active and is a natural stimulant. either that or try pro plus

could be sleep deprivation.even when you think that you are getting good sleep or even if you sleep 8 hours, it may not be good sleep.

Possibly see a specialist about this, it could be a serious problem that you are not seeing.

try going to bed earlier, or taking breaks during the day from whatever your doing. Or what you could also do is try Yoga. Maybe you have too much on your mind and it's exhausting you mentally and therefore taking a strain on your phyical health ex feeling tired. That's probably from your sheets or pillowcase. You need to wash them often. I'm not saying that you don't. You may have mites, they're naked to the human eye. Their job is to feed off dead human skin, then they poop it out, and that's what you're resting your precious pretty face on. This will make you feel like you had only about 3 hours of sleep. Get a Kirby vaccuum, it works like a dream. I used to go door to door selling these things, that sucked azz but they are the best vaccuums in the world to me.

Or it could just be from an uncomfortable bed. Get a sleepnumber bed.
