am i goin to be get blindes?

Question:

i just want to know if working in front of the computer for the whole day; and im goin to take a bath when i went home is bad, it will cause blindness, cause what i know ' the computer has radiation'? pls. explain.

Probably not.

Depending on the type monitor you use there may be a small amount of radiation. It shouldn't be hazardous.

The monitor may affect your vision somewhat, but it shouldn't make you blind. 20 years of computer use have helped make my eyes stronger for reading with little or no affect on my far vision, color vision or night vision.

You should take breaks from your computer. It's good to take walks, rest your eyes, do things that give your eyes other things to do.

If you are concerned about radiation from your computer ask someone in your IT department about it. Most newer monitors have very low radiation output and should pose no hazard.

Excuse me? You computer will cause you to go blind? If that was the case honey, there would be millions of people going blind right now! Do you know how many people work in front of the computer all day, and the kids in school use the, then theres the home users....I seriously doubt that. Where did you get your information from??

The radiation in marginal at best, but you need to get up, move around and focus your eyes away on a distant object every so often.

i dont know bout going blind if u take a shower after siting in front of the comp is true.but i do know that theses days computers come with a protective screen .not sure thou.
