I did that as a child when we moved around alot. Have you just moved to a new environment? My sister used to do that all the time--she'd get up, we'd think she was awake, and all of a sudden she would be walking into a closet. So, I'd say you might be a sleepwalker.
Don't know if this applies to you, but there was something on the news about people sleepwalking after taking a certain brand of sleeping pills. Have you started taking any lately?
