Me and my fiance are getting married a week in a half and she is braking out with severe acne.................
Question:
Answers:
Take an aspirin (Acetylsalicylic Acid) crush it up, use a damp paper towel and rub it in crushed aspirin, apply to acne, leave it on for about 3 min then wash it off. This will dry the acne right up.
Depending on amount of acne, may need 2 or 3 aspirins. Oh and Relax, Congratulations on the wedding.
Other Answers:
Sometimes over cleaning your face can lead to more acne problems than if you just wash your face once or twice a day with gentle soap and water.
I very rarely get pimples, and when I do they're few and far between, and I don't wash my face. I wash it in the shower once or twice a day, depending upon how often I shower, and that's it. I use Suave Body Wash on my face and my body...
This is her nerves. She should go get a facial, and should do so around 4 or 5 days before wedding. Tell her to relax and congratulations to you both!
Acne will go away in time. There is nothing she can do unless she pops her pimples and cakes herself with makeup but I would not recommend that because if she does it, she will have acne scars for the rest of her life. I suggest she lives with it and enjoys the wedding regardless. Tell her not to let a few pimples ruin her wedding day.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:
