There are prescriptions you can take to prevent migraines, and prescriptions you can take to stop the headaches one they start.

Migraines can be caused by a number of things. For example, stress, depression, but mostly (not eating right.) I"m not sure how your eating habits are now but try eating more veggies and drinking lots of water. If not try pampering yourself sometimes. If none of this helps you should see your doctor.
