can you perform your own rectum examination at home?

Question: if so how do you do it and what will you need and what will you be looking for and how will you know if you find something and if you do what should you do?

you must be knowlegeable to be able to perform the examination correctly; otherwise, you'll just be fingering your anus. cheers!
