you cannot get a definite answer from here, it's best if you consult a doctor. i've had a bad earache- something like a "hidden" bruise, or a muscle pull at the area at the back of my ear, through to my neck. i didn't know what it was and it however annoying it was, i just left it and also massage it lightly with mint oil and it went away after a few days. regarding the spots on your tonsils- take my advice, go see a doctor. good luck~~
