How would i know if i have severe damage to my neck back ?

I got hurt on my job about 1 year ago and have had pain my neck,middle back,buttocks,knee,behind my knee,heel,also tingles down into,my heel.and toes,also tingles down into the left side of my neck,but mostly on the rigt side

It sounds like the siatica nerve is damaged or pinched. I have it also. It really bothered my while preganant because the baby would lay on the nerve!Swelling can put pressure on the nerve and it hurts all the way down your right leg and foot. You need to see a dr and probably have an MRI. They have new ones where you sit up to have your back examined now! You don't have to lay in the tunnel. Get it checked soon so you can find out how bad it is damaged or if it is something else. Best wishes!

first you need to see a doctor.....from what you say it does seem like you are suffering alot.....then once you have established the diagnosis ....see a lawyer to help to get compensation from your employer.
