Help, is there any docters or bug experst hear, i accidently ate ants, This is not a joke.?

Question:

I was eating trail mix, i noticed what felt like powder in my mouth, then i felt them cralwing on my face, i looked at my shirt and it had hundreds of tiny (berly visable) red ants. I freaked ou, then i noticed they was in my trail mix, I dont know how many i ate, hundreds, I imeditly took a shower after spitting the food (and ants) all over my room. I can still feal them crawing all over me. What shuld i do, by the way i have always ben severly afraid of ants. I cant evin think strate. I just keep shivering and i gag every now and then, what shuld i do, i alredy spraid bleach on my floor and my shirt. would that kill ants, im really scared of ants. will they mess up my stomac?

IF YOUR NOT SICK NOW THEN I THINK YOU'LL BE FINE!! BUT RED ANTS WILL BITE YOU IF YOUR NOT CAREFUL CHECK YOUR SELF FOR (SMALL) RED MARKS IF YOU HAVE THEM THEN YOU WERE BITTEN BY THEM PUT CALAMINE LOTION ON AND YOU'LL BE OK!! IF YOUR NOT BETTER THEN CALL YOUR DOCTOR HE CAN PROBLEM HELP!..THE ANTS GO MARCHING ONE BY ONE..LOL

I don't think they'll do too much to you though, except give you nightmares. A guy I know said he ate ants once, and they tasted like lemon drops. I'd say that's because of the formic acid that they have (the same thing they inject into you and make you itch when they bite). So you may have a little upset stomach because of the acidity from all those ants. Other than that, I can't think of anything else.

My cousin ate a cockroach once, if that helps any. :)

I don't think the ants will mess up your stomach. Did you know you can buy chocolate covered ants. Not something I would want to try. People eat ants and other bugs everyday because they don't have anything else to eat. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, you're probably fine. If you don't feel well or continue to worry about it you should see your doctor. It's probably nothing to worry about though, like an above answer says, breathing in that bleach is probably more unhealthy than the ants themselves.

Also, If I were you, I would write to the trail mix company and as respectfully as you can and let them know what happened.
