Normal is between 60 and 120.
80 to 110
That's normal. 50 to 110 is the normal range. Most people tend to be around 75, but 90 is perfect.
500rpm it ridiculous
Blood sugar norm, is between 80-120. ~
90 is well within normal limits, 60-120 is generally considered normal for a fasting blood sugar in a non-diabetic person. Sounds like you are doing well. :)
90 is fine in the morning. Levels up to 100 mg/dL are considered normal. Levels between 100 and 126 mg/dl are referred to as impaired fasting glucose or pre-diabetes. These levels are considered to be risk factors for type 2 diabetes and its complications. Diabetes is typically diagnosed when fasting blood glucose levels are 126 mg/dl or higher.
My dad was a diabetis, and as far as i know when u r fasting over night the degree for normal blood sugar is 70-120 max. So, you are quite healthy tho. now that u r a senior. the last time i had mine checked was 68 meaning low blood sugar. Keep on paying attention to your health, u r on a good way...Regards...
excellent AM fasting blood glucose(90-100), but how does your body handle its meals during the day...and what is your level before (100-120) and 2 hours after meals (under 140)...that is more telling that AM fasting.
the rule of thumb is around 100. Here's a link: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/blood-sugar/SA00102/SI=2279

Slainte,

that is completely normal unless you felt symptomatic of low blood sugar i.e. light headed, shaky and clammy.
your fasting (i.e., after 8 hours) blood sugar is normal if it's between 70 to 100 mg/dL. so, yours is definitely normal.
Bottom line .. You need to wake up (fasting stage) with blood sugar less than 100 ..

110 is the border line .. 120 is just past the line.

Anything beyond that .. that's diabetes.
i think your blood sugar should be around seven - five
