What is this red small hard bump below my eye?

Question: ITS NOT ON MY EYELID. It's about an inch below my eye. I had it for a few days now.It feels like it is pus-filled. I thought it was a pimple at first, but I tried to pop it and it just hurt a lot! It is under my eye, small red, hard bump that has some pain when I touch it. Any idea what this could be?

It's a skin tag. Visit a friendly dermatologist to have it removed. And for the love of all that is holy, don't pop it.
