what happens if you don't drink nor eat for about 24 hours?

Question:
what exactly happens when you don't drink nor eat for 24 hours ?

Answers:
Nothing happens seriously. But your blood sugar level go down (hypoglycemia) and you 'll be dehydrated. If not food, you need @least H2o to keep you in good health. I have seen people in and around the world go for hunger strike for days and get hospitalized, and some people come form hospital alive and some are dead, as our body cells need some energy to function around the clock. that's why we eat three times a day.

nothing - i do it every sunday when i have a hangover
A number of things will happen to you.

First, if you don't eat you will be fine. As long as you don't have diabetes or any other medical issues. But you may change your metabolism if you do it often.

Drinking is a bigger problem. Most people can go a few days without drinking any water. The longer you go without water the more problems you will have. Most people can go 24 hours with only minor problems. Dehydration, dry mouth and weakness but nothing fatal at first. This assumes, of course, no prior health problems.

Have a great day, CS
Nothing really. You should drink water though during that 24 hours. Then you wont risk getting dehydrated.
you may get a nice sized headache...why would you do that anyway...feed your body...it feeds your mind too...

Nothing serious happens. You'll likely feel fatigued and weak. Possibly get a head ache. Depending upon your overall healthy, you may become dehydrated which can cause a drop in blood pressure and make you woosy.
