I think my belle is mostly from eating cheese and potaotes and rice. But I have vut down on them and its been some 8 months and I still cant get ride of it. I do a half an hour jog every 2nd day in a week. help me please.

Answers:
Only jogging is unfortunately not enough, you'd go to the gym & get professinal help for your ab workout. You'll be told there that you have to jog (or bike, jump with a jumping rope, etc.) before AND after your work out up to 20 minutes. Plus for fast results, you have to visit the gym at least 5 times a week!

Other Answers:
two words: diet and exersize

sit-ups, tried and true should get the job done. Sorry babyangel, but you're screwed. Gut fat is permanent. You are absolutely done for.

sit ups and toe touches

Do some sit ups, or any other exercise special for tummy muscles, every day

Diet, exercise, and time. If you stay active, just give it time. Also, consider exercises that will work on toning your body. Cardio will burn fat, but toning will help shape.

Most importantly, don't give up. Stop drinking non-diet soda, candy and other sources of of simple carbohydrates. Make sure you are getting at least 100% RDA of fiber a day (that means cut out the white bread for whole wheat). Eat lower fat meats like chicken and turkey (or ultra lean beef). Try and start walking for 30 minutes each morning or each evening. Not only will these habit help you look better, they will also add years and quality to your life.

Also, try snacking on some fruits or veggies when you are hungry. If you don't like them, go to the store and try something from the produce isle that you havn't before. Virtually all fruits and veggies are health powerhouses and eating 5 servings a day will increase your chances of loosing that belly. Make sure you're watching calories! If you're over 20, be prepared. Keeping off fat will become much more difficult as you age. Your metabolism is going to slow. There's only one real answer to keep fat at bay, it's a two part solution:
1) Burn more calories than you take in - through aerobic exercise and
2) Take in fewer calories than you burn - this is the toughest part 'cause by now you're accustomed to eating certain foods and certain portions, it's tough to eat less of the foods you love and to change and start eating healthier foods you're not accustomed to.

male, 45, Louisiana all u can do is exercise the fats and do some sports
