Is there anyway to get rid of weakness of eyeside?

Question:

Hi i'm a student of MBA, i've a great problem of weakness of eyes detail is

Left Side: SPH +2.5, Cyl. +1.25
Right side: SPH 1.25, Cyl. Nil

is there anyway of getting rid of weakness of eyes while specialists didn't give me proper solution for it.

Look at a point on the wall seven feet away in a straight line with your eyes parallel to the ground and start moving your face with eyes wide open from left to right and then from right to left. Repeat the same and then move the face vertically gazing at the same point. This exercise will help rotating your eye balls which will help you regain your weak eye-sight. Also put cold stale water on closed eye-lids after you get up in the early morning. Thirdly, watch the early rising sun and the full moon in sky.
