I have a winged scapula condition. Does anybody know any excercises that I could do to fix it or a website?

This condition indicates your shoulders are far too foward and rotated downward....suggesting you have other postural problems in need of correction.
Winged scapulae is usually caused by weakness of the serratus anterior muscle and also compounded by poor posture with rounded shoulders and tight pectoralis muscles.

One of the most common exercises is the "serratus punch" where one holds a small weight straight up in the air while lying on their back. With the arm straight, the person "lifts" the shoulder blade off the table. I have included a link which gives some examples...just note that the amount of weight the gentleman is using in the photo is probably quite excessive for someone just initiating this program.
