I am having some sort of muscle spasm in my upper right abdomen,,I know this will sound strange but it feels?

Question: just like it felt when I was pregnant and my son moved but only higher and to the right!!!! The spasms dont hurt but more annoy then anything. I guess it feels like bubbles going around inside and popping ! Has anyone ever had this and could you kinda tell me if I am crazy!!!
