i have bruises.....?

Question:

i am all of the sudden getting bruises on the bottom of my left foot. and they are really painful..where could they have come from?...and is there any thing that i can do to make them go away?

See a doc ASAP. Last year my aunt started bruising but on her right calf out of no where. Weeks later if followed by her leg swelling up. She didn't want to get it treated. When we took her to the doc he said she had a hemorrage and past away that following week. So please take care of it right away. You don't know how many people you're hurting by just letting it pass..

could be ur shoes, or could be a blood clot, i guess depends on your age

also try to pay attention and notice what leg you keep most of your weight on when u stand still
