who/what regulates state's boards of pharmacies??

Question: I have an "issue" with a pharmacy that at first I thought was simply carelessness and stupidity on their - now I am not so sure!! and was wondering where in the St of Illinois I could go ask ??, seek opnions, begin an investig., etc??
