See a doctor, as it is a symptom of something else, like sinus pressure, high blood pressure, or an oncoming cold - or you could have an inner ear infection. (or something else).
In the meantime, don't listen to loud music but play a radio or cd in the background kind of softly or put a fan on in the room - "white noise" seems to make the ringing less noticable. Check out the muzzling for sure though.
One of the leading causes for the ringing is because of earwax that has been pushed too far into the ear, such as with a Q-tip. Go to your doctor and have them do an ear exam--this will be the most likely cause.
