Answers:
Would you rather be poor and healthy or rich and sick? Honey, go to the doctor. Your nose is running which is a sign of a viral infection that they can do nothing about--however, how this infection has spread to your ear and eyes is scary. Ears, eyes, throat, and nose are all connected. Something serious could be wrong, get into a doctor and get this problem checked out.
Look for 'Free Clinic' in your local yellow pages.Good luck.
Try hot and cold therapy, in the shower. It could give you some relief.
Then see someone to find out if it is an infection or virus.
Virus you'll have to deal with the symptoms.
Infection, will be up to your doctor how to deal with it.
go to your local hospital emergency room. they cannot turn you away even if you do not have insurance. they will treat you and send you a bill. then you can pay them payments. hope you get to feeling better.
you could try a free clinic. there are such things, but of course there will be a long wait as a lot of people without insurance will go there. and they can only take a certain number of patients each day, so you may not even see a doctor if you show up too late.

just do a google search for "free clinics" and you'll get sites that can help you find one near you.

go see a doctor, don't put it off. even if you have to pay for it, maybe you can pay through a monthly payment plan.
If you are suffering that badly, you should go see a doctor. Even paying out of your own pocket, it will be less than 100 dollars (more than likely between 50 and 75 dollars).

When you do, and the doctor prescribes you some medicine, be sure to ask, if they have any "free samples" that he/she can just give you. Believe it or not, drug companies give them box full of samples, and if you ask, many of them will just give them to you.

That should offset your cost of paying out of pocket.

I also have a co-worker who discusses fee with doctors and he says he has been successful. You might want to bring it up with your physician. All he can say is no.
Sounds like a sinus infection, or oddly enough, a tooth abcess.

If it's a tooth.. melt an aspirin directly on it.

Cold symptom aspirin might do the trick though.. my Girlfriend had similar symptoms, and the cold medicine delayed everything til she had to eventually go to a doctor.

We paid full price on the doctor, but he hooked her up with medication 'samples" that she didn't have to pay for. Antibiotics are expensive.

Free clinic doesn't normally do that.. they'd hook you up with a few days supply, but unless you have a 10 - 11 day supply, you might as well not bother.
go to a free clinic or emergency room
you need antibiotics
your hospitalization or funeral will wind up costing you more
