Question: ive had sciatica for over a week now and it is really hard for me to do much without it hurting i cant bend down and i cant pick my daughter up out of her cot without it killing me its worse wen i have been asleep in bed does anyone know how i can soothe it and make it better without physiotherapy as theres a long waiting list

First I would heat your nerve up to loosen it and can you have a friend just give you a massage? I have sciatica (tho not as bad as yours) and I just need somethig to loosen me, and some kind hands. ALso here's a site:
