Why do i get cross-eyed while reading?

Question: everytime i read something, particularly of the computer screen, my eyes cross and i see double. has anyone experianced this? does it need any seriouse attention?(it goes after i close my eyes, but it happens again) i only wear glasses when driving cuz theyr for distance.

You probably have one eye dominant and one weaker.They can tend to fight one another after a while.Go to an optometrist to have a checkup.If that is the case and you get glasses do not expect the problem to subside altogether.
Anytime that you get tired it may happen.

You should get your eyes rechecked. It sounds as though you may need reading glasses. sounds like you have eye problems. see an eye doctor!

The eye muscles in at least one eye is very weak. I get lazy eye when I'm tired which is pretty close to being cross eyed. Best to see an eye Dr.
