it could be anything considering you just got back from Europe. go see the doctor today if you can get in. it might be a certain Europe sickness that only a doctor can diagnose and you don't want to have it get any worse than it is or spread it to you and others.
its either mononucleosis or a strep infection. If it is mono there is no treatment but rest and lots of fluids..water not pop or tea. strep requires an antibiotic to treat.
