is weed bad for asthma?

Question:
is marijuana bad for people with asthma. does it trigger anything?

Answers:
Yes and No. Smoking anything is bad for your throat, lungs and bronchial tubes, which may cause an asthma attack. But, in relationship to cigerettes and other nicotine based products, marijuana will much less likely cause one because the THC can dialate your bronchial tubes, relax the smooth muscle surrounding your throat, and open your aveoli, which are the air sacks in your lungs.
Is marijuana going to be the best thing for your asthma?
No, but it is better than the use of ciggerettes. be carefull and when ever you are going to smoke you should have your fast acting inhaler with you (albuteral, ect) incase of a problem and, with a medical condition like this, smoking with a friend would be advised

Is smoking bad for asthma?
Theres your answer.
dude, any drug does
Weed, unfortunatly has more tar in it than tobacco, so yes, my man, it is real bad for Asthma!(Sorry!)
If you still want to smoke it though, ever thought about a Vaporiser? That just burns the THC and leaves the leaf behind.(No smoke!)
