Will any of those billions of dollars, from Gates and Buffet, be used to assist those in need, in the USA?

Question: Having worked in the health related fields, for many years, I have seen so many needs that require additional funding, since cut backs have be instituted, r/t child medical care; seniors citizens health care; school programs, etc. I believe that those with money to spare should use it wisely, as evidenced by Bill Gates, and Warren Buffet's decision to share their wealth. I was just wondering if any of that money will be used to help our US citizens' needs?

If you lived in the Pacific Northwest, you would DEFINITELY see what the Gates Foundation does there. The education system in that part of the country is the best. Additionally, you can go online to their foundation website and see all the programs they provide. College funding is just one of the many programs.
