Well, according to your insurance and what is happening. Sometimes it is also, where you live. But, if you have health insurance, you can go to the website, of the Insurance Co., and it will give you what they are willing to pay for each procedure, so that you, as a patient, has the right to know!!!!

Plus, you might want to check, online, The Journal of Medicine, and see how they update it, ALL OF THE TIME! But, mainly Insurance Companies, where you live, and what is being done!

Hope you find your answer, as I deal with insurance companies, almost every day! Oh, and I have a degree in it, and Car accidents, when NOT in car, is the worse! But, getting through it~

probably somewhere.. but I read an article in Time magazine about how peopel in the US are going over to India to get procedures done at a small fraction of the cost.. especially those more life threatening expensive treatments that they couldn't afford normally.
