You could talk to your dr, and they should give you a supply for the time you are away. You MUST have your EIHC card, and carry a list of the medicines you are on so that you can get more if necessary, my wife brought a 3 month supply of her meds out here to Spain when we moved, just asked the Dr and he gave her them, by the time she needed more we were registered with the Spanish health service.

Most prescriptions can be filled online these days; you can have them sent anywhere in the world I suppose.
You can't get E111s any more. They were replaced by the European Health Insurance Card. To apply for one, visit http://www.dh.gov.uk/travellers or call 0845 606 2030. It will get you free prescription drugs and emergency medical treatment.
I have no idea what these tablets do, or what they look like. But why not take enough to last before you go? (I'm sure your GP would understand).
Or, you could assume that most parts of Europe have chemists / pharmacies and the chemists are well educated enough to understand some English and know what it is you need. In my experience, they are generally pretty good, if not better than the UK (twice have forgotten tablets and got them with ease in Portugal and Irish Republic).
If you are staying within the EEC, worth checking out -maybe there is a reciprocal prescription service, if you take along both your repeat prescription form and your E111 form or card.
