What do I do with my dislocated toe?

Question:
After 4 hours I had xrays &the doctor finally was able to see me. I asked him NOT to pull it right away {cause I've watched to much TV}. He promised he wouldn't & just wanted to look at it..Well he grabbed it and started pulling away twice! Needless to say I wasn't the 99% he assured me that when he did that pop right back in place! It hurt... A LOT! The xray told him toe wasn't just dislocated but it was turned around. Well he numbed my foot and tried to pull 3 more times. More pain than having either of my sons! He didn't even numb my toe. I told him it wasn't numb and he said it was!!!! Ugh needless to say after many failed attempts he gave up.. He gave me pain killers, a funny shoe, told me it was only a little bit dislocated now, & to go see a diff doctor in a few days. Well I am home and I can barely walk it hurts! I have two children {2y&4m} He wouoldn't come back in my room after he pulled the 2nd time & the nurses didn't know.. Will it go back in place on its own over time?

Answers:
you should go to a different doctor. Pulling on a dislocated joint is the way to fix it but soulds to me like this doc didn't do anything but make it worse. Go to a different doctor.

Doubtful. Go see another doctor or you WILL lose the toe to gangrene eventually.

get better!!!
Reduction should be done by an orthopedic surgeon , dislocation cant go back to its place spontaneously , check again and be sure for the reduction.
