Difference between Rubbing Alcohol and Peroxide?

2 completely different chemical makeups. I'm no chemistry buff, but hydrogen peroxide is H2O2, and alcohol is different. Both will kill germs. they have different names

You can tell the difference if you clean a cut with it. Rubbing alcohol burns. Peroxide doesn't. Also, Peroxide is diluted with water. peroxide gets rid of infection

In addition to being a different chemical, the burning action, alcohol tends to cause deep tissue damage. The better choice all around is good old soap and water
