Bruise like pain but without an obvious mark?

Question: I have a pain in one particular area of my leg, at the front. It feels exactly like a bruise would and I can only feel it when I press it. There is no pain unless the area is under pressure. However there is no mark that would suggest bruising, I also don't remember hitting my leg at any point. Any idea what it could be?

Could be a tumor. How long have you had it. If it continues for a week or so, see a doctor.
