weight gaining problem helpp?

i need to gain a few pounds next month i will be 17 and i weigh 81 pounds and i want to be atleast 95 and the thing is i have a fast metabolism thats the big problem thats why i cant gain weight but anyways is there anything i can do i know there is some type of drink you can buy at the market its called insure i think but i have never used it and i dont now anyone who has but i wont be able to drink it if it dont taste good and i heard that teres some type of pills at gnc ? has anyone tryed any of it and how long did it take to start gaining weight?

Answers:
1) Fix your meal times. DO NOT EAT MULTIPLE TIMES. Clinical studies have proved that lesser number of meals gains maximum weight.
Take a good breakfast, lunch and dinner.
DO NOT SNACK / EAT any other time.

2) For breakfast do not take too much fat. Keep it more carbs.

3) EXERCISE; this will create hunger and help digestion. Do not do heavy exercise. Light running or walking.

4) Butter, Milk, Potatoes, Sugar are excellent.

5) Caffeine (coffee, tea) must be avoided in as much as you can. Try decaf if you need to.

6) A spoon of honey with cold water in the morning.

I was your size at your age and tried everything to gain weight. Nothing worked. Now I can gain all I want and then some. But that's beside the point, I have heard that you can pig out on milkshakes and pastries. I read somewhere that is what some of the stars do to gain weight for a roll in a movie. I know it would work for me. lol.:) Good Luck

My son was skinny, he ate well, worked out and gained muscle weight. Eat healthy and work out.
