If you had to see a doctor and have tests and an exam and he says you are fine, you deserve nothing. If you were truly injured that would be different. Being sore is worth nothing. Where is the statement and tests from the doctor or a hospital? What's the treatment you have been getting? Insurance companies are not stupid, they can actually and should prosecute you for Fraud if you try to make a false claim. How injured can you be when you never even saw a doctor after the accident? lol
