she should soak her feet in a foot bath with a solution you can find over the counter at any pharmacy then pat dry and use a pumice stone to slowly remove the callouses. This will take several trys. Use a good cream and rub it in well after each soak and use of the pumice stone. After a couple of weeks of being diligent she should have positive results.
