I have an eye twitch that comes and goes.?

Question:

I used to have this eye twitch really bad. When I changed my job, the twitch went away, so I figured it was stress related. Well I've been getting more stressed lately and the twitch is back. Could it be stress, or could it be something else and just a coincidence about the stressful times?

It is stress. Catch up on some sleep also.
