What are the dangers of taking sleeping pills every night?

Question:

Answers:
Depends on the type of sleeping pill - melatonin is your body's natural sleep hormone and doesn't cause the dependency some of the other drugs do.

Problem with sleeping pills every night - you can't really establish a normal sleep cycle if you're constantly taking them.

People to do take them constantly have either stress in their lives, or other drug problems (too many uppers/coffee/etc) and so need downers to sleep. Get rid of the stress in your life and the uppers, then you may not need the sleeping pills.

Other Answers:
Addiction.
With time the pills will have a smaller and smaller effect on you, and you will take larger and larger doses just to get the same effect you got before with a smaller dose.
You can also read the pill label. It will give you exactly what side effects it has.

I would have to say liver damage but I take them every night also we should both quit addition 1 a night then 2 and so on i knew a women that took 4 Valium a night and still only slept 4 hours.
