Cure for shin/ knee problems?
Question:
Answers:
a lot of times it is not actually the knees that are causing the problem but may arise from the foot. Check your shoes and buy the absolute best that you can afford. Always stretch well and apply ice after to the shin. If your shin and knee are involved you may have two problems going on and it is more than likely mechanical. Check with your M.D. and get an x-ray of the shin to see if it is an actual shin splint which is where the muscle pulls off from the bone. If it isn't it may be an active trigger point and the knee may be due to tracking problems. A good orthopedist should be able to rule either out.
