bad muscle spasms in the stomache?

Question:
I think I have a hernia, well actually more then sure. I also get real bad pains in my stomache that feel like a pulled muscle all the damn time. Does anyone know what this could be? I am a 35 yr old mother of 4.

Answers:
There are three different types of Hernias. One Inguinal, which is characterized by a mass above (and to the right or left of) the pubic area. This is actually a part of your intestine that is stuck through your abdominal wall and can be serious. Two Hiatal, this is actually near the top of your chest throat are. You will know you have this because of your need for fluids when you are trying to eat and terrible acid reflux when lying down. The third is embilacle and if you are a mother of 4 I am sure you know what that is. Generally happens when pregnant, it is when you belly button extends out past the stomach.
