My whole body is sore from playing football ?
Question:
Answers:
You'll want to stretch out your joints and muscles. It'll help, and doin it before excercise will help prevent injury. Tylenol, ibuprofen, or some anti-inflammatory will help too. In the Rangers, we referred to those as "soldier candy". With impact, or strenuous activity, the microscopic tissue damage will cause the inflammation No worries though, it fades with time. That tissue damage is the precurser to our body replacing the muscle/tendon/etc tissue back, only more so, and stronger. Be careful though, ya CAN overdo it. It's best to take it easier at first. A big enough tear/strain will take longer to heal. Re-workin it will only re-tear it before it's got a chance to regrow.
