Blood donation and Alcohol...?

I heard you can get drunk pretty quick after giving blood. Is this true? How long does that time usually last?

not drunk- lightheaded- it depens from one person to another.
you have to be very carefull and have someone with you when it is your first time. good for you to do this !

I can see how that would be true, since you have less blood compared to alcohol in your system with the same number of drinks, but I don't know for sure. And I think it takes about a week or so to regenerate that blood, so yeah.
