Time. None of the herbs (goldenseal), supplements, or chemicals work at all. All the water in the world will not "flush" it out from the system. It is not water-soluble.
They say echinacea and golden seal
Water, water, and a little water on the side is the best way to flush it out of your system. Not to mention shampooing your hair if that's what they're testing.
There is this gelatin-type stuff (at your local health food store), you mix it with like at least 16oz of water but it's only temporary. If you're trying to pass a drug test, you're supposed to take it within 24 hours of the test. My brother used to take it before seeing his probabtion officer and it worked every time.
If you want to clean your system naturally, they have a special tea that will do it. But excercising daily and sweating and drinking lots of water helps, too.
Goldenseal works pretty well, but it must be fresh (viable). It loses its efficacy if left on the shelf too long.
