i have some pains on the sides of my head. Any idea what it could be? Is it tension?
Answers:
Hawthorn berries, horsetail, juniper and uva ursi are diuretics. Rose hips have bioflavonoids which are helpful. Some others are butcher's broom, dandelion root and parsley.
Check with a local health food store. They have books in most of the stores that can help you with some answers too.
