Have you got any tips for me, so that i can help my man get a good nights sleep?

He's really worrying me, he is very restless at night and he is very worn out in the day, he's burning himself out. It doesn't help that he doesn't talk about whats on his mind, i try to get him to open up, but he won't, he stresses out over anything, please help!

There are some non addictive medications that you can get otc to use as a sleep aid, just ask your pharmacist.

If you don't want to take that route, then offer him a glass of wine or a drink in the evening. I'm not saying let him get drunk, but alcohol does relax you and may help with relaxing him enough to get some good sleep. A hot bath would help, as would some more intimate measures, even if it's just a massage to relax his muscles.

But if it continues you should recommend that he see a doctor. There's nothing to be ashamed of.
ask him to take 3mg of melatonin right before bed, it works for me, it's natural and doesn't make you feel crappy in the morning! if this doesn't work, there may be other reasons why he isn't sleeping, ask him to see a doctor! good luck and don't forget to seek help for yourself in dealing with a difficult partner!

i think i might be able to help you, avoid all caffine products at night and alcohol has been known to wreck a person's sleep he also needs to lower his stress factor himself there is so much you can do i reccomend a nice back rub perhaps reading a good book he likes might help him
some men get stressed and don't like to talk, just let him know you love him no matter what and if he wants to talk just sit and listen don't judge. then try a vitamin called MELATONIN 1/2 hour before he goes to sleep, should put his mind at rest so he can fall asleep. you can get this at wal-mart. i believed you may of tried other ways but if nothing else works try this vitamin , what else do you have to loss but another good night rest?
