I got each forward helix (or daith) pierced a few weeks ago, it was doing fine, and now i have?

Question: almost this large (no sign of pus) pimple around the area. I stopped washing it with harsh dial but am still doing hot sea salt soaks. Is it due to sleeping on the area? I'm a side sleeper so naturally it's hard for me to lie on my back. How long does this take to go away? It doesn't hurt so i'm not even sure if it is an infection, any help would be great.
