Question: i have more than 20 yrs experience in clinical practice but i do not have a licence in u s a .to practice.can i get a suitable job in u s.or any related jobs in medical offces in u s a.

I don't like the American system much. Even though you have twenty years of experience, you will still need to go through the whole training process again and getting a good residency placement is very difficult.

This puts off many experienced British and European doctors from immigrating to the US!

You will have more luck with Britain.
