Don't you think accidentaly standing on an electric plug with no shoes on really bloody hurts?

Question:
Its one of those that makes all youre head go hot then cold, its so painfull, i wish it wouldn't happen!

Answers:
makes you feel sick too, doesn't it?
now that hurts!
yes
Practise spreading your toes !
that's one of the advantage other nations have over us Brits, this is much less likely to happen with the rounded 2 pin plugs that most European (and American I think!) appliances use

I hope yer foot stops hurting soon!
been there done it ,got the T shirt
I does.. but why does it hurt so much. i stood on a spiky sea creature in cyprus that hurt less.
cus its sharp
Its right up there with stubbing your toe and paper cuts in the crease of your fingers.

Wincing just thinking about it.
Yep - especially in the middle of the night, freezing cold, bare feet on the way to the bathroom!
Only if it's hooked up to power.

Coach
Ther is no pain like it!
yes, and it leaves an imprint for about an hour afterwards.

i remember doin that once and i bruised my heel!
Better yet try it when you get out of the shower. Yes not only does it hurt but really shocks you like what the H,E,L,L IS THAT. If this has happen to you then maybe you might want to get it fixed. This is what I do for a living and so if you need some help on how to do this IM ME OR e-mail me I would be glad to help you. More people are killed by 120 volts then any other voltage one is because it is in everyone home and the other is that people do not think it can kill you but take it the way I SAID GET OUT OF THE SHOWER .
I think having your foot hacked of at the ankle with a blunt instrument would hurt less than standing on a plug! Maybe a slight exaggeration but it does wreck!
Like nothing else, and the worst thing is that everyone else finds it soooo funny.
i know, i stepped in one yesterday and the pain continued for a long time
Try this one, my brother was doing electrical work at his house, turned the electric off at the mains, working away, yes he had had a beer, his misses was out, he went to strip a wire, not with plier things, but with his teeth, did that man dance, you think James Brown can move, he was bouncing off the ceiling, yup shed come home early and wanted to do the dinner, power ON!
Not as much as grabbing hold of a refrigerator door with no shoes on when there was an electrical short and the floor was polished cement. Even though I was the original 90 lbs weakling and the 'fridge was a huge double door thing, I managed to pull it around the kitchen until the plug was pulled out - and this was all with my very long hair standing on end - I don't know which hurt most, the sore scalp or the burns on my hands and feet.
My friend did this recently and rang in to work and told them she couldn't go in as she had stood on a plug. She got away with it but got slagged for months afterwards. Think she was really just looking for a different excuse to pull a sickie.

Another sore one is hitting your toe off the leg of a chair or bed. Ouch.
Oh yes! _ Also isn`t amazing that when walking bare footed, there always seen to be a pin or sewing needle lying about!
The worst pain yet though (apart from giving birth!) I closed the door really quickly, but my big toe was somehow lodged underneath and took half the nail off, I feel faint thinking about it! x Ouch..
HELL YES! That's some pain!
It's a classic for sure.
