What is a county hospital? Who pays for it?
Question:
Answers:
County hospitals are hospitals that are normally less expensive then bigger hospitals. They are mostly known from tv and movies for sending people with no money to. Any hospital has to admit people that are in need of immediate medical attention, but if they are stable and dont have insurance they are normally sent to county hospitals because it is easir to get financial aid at these places. If you are receiving aid it comes from the tax payers but if you dont and you still dont pay it is a write off for the hospital
