I swallowed a piece of fish taco & I think it went down the wrong tube & is stuck in my throat What do I do?

If you can breathe and talk, it did not go down the "wrong pipe"---the trachea. If it did you wouldn't be typing on your computer.
You could have a chunk stuck in the "right pipe", the esophagus. Drink water, or try swallowing a mouth-full of bread (chewed, of course) to force the chunk down.
If truy worried, go to an emergency room.
Fish taco? You deserve it.
